Sumsub has over 2,000 clients across the fintech, crypto, transportation, trading and gaming industries including Mercuryo, Bybit, Huobi, Unlimint, DiDi, Poppy and TransferGo. Now we are looking for a Bid Coordinator to support our sales team in handling bid processes and implementing new automation tools.

What You Will be Doing:

  • Build the content library for tender replies cooperating with subject matter experts;
  • Enrich, update, and audit the reply library – notifying/assigning the relevant subject expert to act accordingly promptly;
  • Ensure administration and compliance with the customer’s bid governance process requirements;
  • Report the progress of each tender response preparation and submission against the agreed strategy;
  • Coordinate the preparation of the bid submissions, proposals and post-tender clarifications;
  • Ensure a winning, compliant, error-free document is submitted in the correct format, meeting the deadline;
  • Review/edit of proposal documents including editing, grammar and spelling prior to being submitted;
  • Support the sales team with filling out due diligence and security questionnaires;
  • Consistently update the CRM, including the latest status of all upcoming and ongoing tenders.

What we are looking for

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant role;
  • A results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a calm approach when operating under strict deadlines;
  • An ability to thrive with limited guidelines;
  • Attention to detail: thorough and meticulous in accomplishing tasks through concern for all areas involved, no matter how small;
  • Comfortable working in Google Suite, MS Office, Pipedrive (optional);
  • Ability to work with technical concepts (e.g. data management, information security, implementation of software as a service);
  • Advanced English, both written and spoken.
