Sumsub has over 2,000 clients across the fintech, crypto, transportation, trading and gaming industries including Mercuryo, Bybit, Huobi, Unlimint, DiDi, Poppy and TransferGo. Now we are looking for a Legal Operations Manager to make in-house legal more efficient, effective and seamless.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Identifying, streamlining, and improving legal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the legal team.
- Overseeing the selection, implementation, and optimization of Sumsub’s legal tech stack to improve workflow, collaboration, and data management.
- Implementing and maintaining systems for efficient contract and matter management, including negotiation, drafting, and tracking.
- Coordinating training programs for legal staff on new technologies and processes.
About You:
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in corporate legal department, legal operations implementing and improving legal processes.
- Advanced written and spoken English, knowledge of other languages will be a benefit.
- Solid experience rolling out and operating contract and matter management tools.
- Legal profession background (university degree in law or experience working as a lawyer) is preferable.
- Prior experience in diverse environments (private practice, start-ups, large corporations) is highly preferable.
