Technical Pre-Sale Manager

Now we are looking for a Technical Pre-Sale Manager with extensive expertise in the Financial Technology (Payment Processing) industry who will win our clients over with their comprehensive expertise in averting financial fraud and guidance to risk-free business.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Partnering with the Sales and Customer Success teams to introduce Sumsub transaction monitoring and fraud prevention products and solutions to prospects and clients
  • Introducing the best anti-fraud, transaction, and risk management practices together with the Sales team
  • Driving sales with technical expertise
  • Developing an understanding of the prospect’s needs and designing customized solutions that meet their requirements
  • Understanding the technical environment, technology landscape, business requirements, and evaluation scope
  • Preparing and delivering offline and online product demonstrations, emphasizing the complicated technical sides of the solution (first- or business-oriented demos are on the Sales team)
  • Proactively scoping the technical solution required to address lead and customer requirements
  • Acting as an internal consultant for the CSM, Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams
  • Creating engaging content, addressing all skill levels, and facilitating in-person and online training for high-profile participants worldwide

About You:

  • Prior relevant experience in the Fintech, Bank (+Neo), Payment platforms and other industries in relation to anti-fraud, transaction, and risk management principles and practices
  • Solid notion of Anti-Fraud solutions and the Payment Processing market
  • Technical mindset, willingness to advance in a technical/pre-sales role
  • Proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
  • Legal and/or compliance experience is a nice addition
