About you:
- Previous experience in customer service-based roles is considered an advantage, but no work experience is required. You will be surrounded by our attention and support in order to enter the new role and team as comfortably as possible
- Advanced German and conversational English
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Ability to navigate a large amount of information and attention to detail
What You Will Be Doing:
- Review customers’ applications
- Conduct video interviews with customers
- Analyze customers’ behavior for signs of malicious activities
- Conduct an assessment of customers’ documents for compliance with anti-money laundering and data protection regulations
- Share the feedback with the clients
