Product Marketing Lead

We’re looking for an experienced and talented Product Marketing Lead with an entrepreneurial thinking and action to deliver Sumsub’s product positioning globally. You should have a unique blend of business and technical understanding to drive Sumsub’s future growth through delivering compelling and tailored positioning of our platform, ideating on key campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will bridge the company’s product development efforts and its go-to-market success.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading a team of two product marketing managers for Sumsub’s flagship product unit
  • Gathering customer insights, tracing industry trends and innovations to ensure that the product and business teams have a shared vision of how the product is and evolves in the future 
  • Defining go-to-market strategies for new product launches and streamlining the announcement process
  • Developing product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with our target audience and differentiates our products in the market
  • Planning, creating concepts, executing, and analysing the effectiveness of omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Working on marketing materials: sales presentations, landing pages, and creatives together with the Creative team
  • Developing and implementing campaigns that drive feature adoption, increasing product knowledge across our customers
  • Representing Sumsub’s brand and product portfolio at industry-related conferences, co-partner events, and other activities
  • Establishing KPIs for all programs, building results forecasts, and tracking performance to ensure projects delivering expected business outcomes
  • Become a conduit between Product and the GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing), ensuring departments are aligned and working towards the same goals.

About you:

  • 7+ years of marketing/product marketing experience in SaaS/B2B companies, 2+years in a team leadership role
  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or management, or equivalent working experience
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Experience in launching new products, developing positioning, pricing, sales channels, and promotion strategies
  • Experience in market research and customer segmentation
  • Experience in managing complex, omnichannel, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience executing account-based marketing campaigns is an advantage 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent team communication skills, ability to build the right connections and inspire the sales team and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and solve tasks in a short time and under the pressure of a highly competitive market
  • Proactivity and responsibility.
