What You Will Be Doing:
- Analyzing marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business growth and customer acquisition
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand their data needs and develop reporting frameworks and metrics that provide valuable insights into customer acquisition performance
- Ensuring the availability and reliability of data by working closely with data engineers and other stakeholders to establish data pipelines, automate data collection processes, and maintain data quality standards
- Conducting regular audits and quality checks on marketing and sales data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Utilizing analytical tools and techniques to perform advanced analysis, segmentation, and modeling to uncover opportunities for customer acquisition improvement
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to implement and monitor experiments, A/B tests, and other initiatives aimed at improving customer acquisition
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner through reports, presentations, and data visualizations
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and sales analytics to continuously enhance our data-driven decision-making processes
About You:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in marketing and sales
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation/querying languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Superset, Tableau, or Power BI
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
