We are willing to share our expertise with the market and this has pushed us to launch our own Academy. Now we are looking for an Academy Product Owner who will launch and lead our B2B/B2C educational platform project.
What You Will Be Doing:
Product Vision and Strategy
- Defining and communicating the product vision, goals, and strategy for the online academy
- Budget planning for launch and development
- Identifying and prioritising opportunities to improve the student learning experience.
Product Development
- Creating a roadmap, prioritizing, and managing the product development lifecycle
- Breaking down complex features into manageable user stories and tasks for development.
User-Centric Approach
- Understanding and advocating for the needs of our students, instructors, and other stakeholders
- Gathering and analysing user feedback and data to inform product decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Working closely with designers, engineers, content creators, and other teams to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables
- Leading scrum meetings, ensuring timely and efficient product development.
Quality Assurance
- Ensuring the final product meets the highest standards of quality, usability, and accessibility.
Market Research
- Staying updated on e-learning trends, industry best practices, and competitors to maintain our competitive edge.
Reporting and Analysis
- Monitoring product performance using analytics tools and providing regular reports to leadership.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as education, business, or public administration
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an e-learning or online education setting
- Notion of the AML and Compliance, IDV (ID Verification) industries across the globe would be a huge advantage
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Great command of the English language (C1+)
- Understanding and ability to conduct market research and case studies of the target audience
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
- Proficiency with product management tools and analytics software
- A passion for education and a commitment to creating impactful online learning
